As a developer and production specialist, we offer you high-quality components and assemblies made of aluminium alloys for the automotive industry and applications in the construction and mechanical engineering industries, among others.
Our production processes primarily include extrusion, stretch and die bending, joining (welding, riveting, gluing etc.), machining and surface treatment. Special technologies such as coiling and foaming of profiles (roll-foam composite) round off our portfolio.
We have many years of experience in the further development of high-strength alloys for crash requirements.
Extruded profiles made of aluminium
No matter whether complex profile geometries such as for retractable roofs or roller blinds for car boot systems or crash elements made of high-strength alloys, we develop our own alloys with coordinated thermal parameters in order to live up to sophisticated demands.
